Acne Blemish Control
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts. Brazil nuts and
pumpkin seeds do not have enough selenium and zinc which are important
for acne blemish control. Therefore, add salads, dried fruit and nut
snacks, juices and other healthy treats to your daily diet.
Eat less of red meat and dairy products. Your body cannot digest animal
protein. This causes an incomplete process of waste materials, which
clog the pores. Animal proteins also contain high levels of hormones
that can cause acne.
